Configuring your email program

Staff Right mail boxes are created using a mailbox userid consisting of first name, a period and the the last name. For example: John Doe would have an e-mail address of "john.doe@staff-right-inc.com".

• Incoming Mail Server (Pop3): pop.staff-right-inc.com
• Outgoing SMTP Server: mail.staff-right-inc.com
• Account name or userid: yourfirstname.yourlastname (john.doe)
• Password: You will be provided with a password.
• You must tell your mail program that the outbound server requires authentication. The link belows points to a page with a complete example for configuring MS Outlook and Outlook Express.
