Qualifications

Staff Right, Inc. demands each nurse have a minimum of one (1) year experiece to provide patient services in a healthcare facility. Two (2) years experience in a specialty care area is required.

The application process involves the following:

1. Application, along with experience checklist, Resume.

2. Competency testing.

3. Safety, fire, bloodborne pathogen and hazordous material safety.

4. Criminal background study.

5. Reference checks and prior employer performance evaluation.

6. Current Minnesota nursing license, and drivers license.

7. Vaccination records and current mantoux.

8. Current BLS, and any other certifications required to work in a specialized area.
